Meet The Lollie — a one-of-a-kind turquoise tote handcrafted from Crazy Horse Laredo pull-up side leather, sourced from Mexico. This is not a bag made from perfect, uniform leather. It's made from the real thing.
The hide carries a distinctive pull-up and waxy finish that deepens and darkens wherever it's touched, flexed, or worn — developing a rich, personal patina that belongs only to you. What makes The Lollie truly unrepeatable is the leather itself: natural bug bites in the hide absorbed dye differently, creating subtle, organic color variations woven throughout the turquoise. No two bags will ever look the same.
Where most makers discard the shoulders and elbows of a hide for their irregular density, we use them. The lines, grooves, and natural character of those sections are featured prominently in the pocket — turning what others throw away into the most distinctive part of the bag.

Leather + Care
Every Burton Hill Leather piece is handcrafted from genuine leather. Natural grain, markings, scars, wrinkles, and variations in color are part of the hide's character — not defects. With use, your piece may soften and develop a patina unique to you.
Every Day Care
Keep your leather dry when possible and avoid prolonged exposure to water, excessive moisture, and allow to air dry naturally. Never use direct heat to speed drying.
Cleaning
For most finished leathers, remove dust and light surface dirt with a clean, soft cloth. Avoid household cleaners, alcohol, disinfecting wipes, and harsh soaps. Always test any leather-care product in an inconspicuous area first.
Conditioning
Smooth finished leather may benefit from occasional conditioning when it begins to feel dry. Use a quality product made specifically for leather and apply sparingly.
Specialty Leathers
Suede, nubuck, hair-on-hide, metallic, embossed, painted and other specialty finishes require different care. Do not automatically apply standard leather conditioner to these materials.
