Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time All orders are hand crafted and carefully prepared in our Texas shop. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary by location and shipping method selected.

Damaged or Lost Packages Burton Hill Leather is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@burtonhillleather.store with your order number and photos of the damage so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
