Every piece at Burton Hill Leather starts with an idea. If you have something specific in mind — a bag in a particular size, a wallet in a different leather, a gift with a personal touch — I'd love to hear about it.
Custom orders are handled personally by Jennifer, the maker behind Burton Hill Leather. Each piece is handcrafted to order in our Texas workshop using full-grain leather built to last a lifetime.

Custom pieces typically take 1–2 weeks depending on complexity and current workload.
Custom Order Policy
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Because each item is handcrafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
If there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
