Pre-orders and Purchase Options

From time to time, Burton Hill Leather may offer select handmade items for pre-order or another purchase option before they are ready to ship. Any estimated production or shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders may be cancelled before production has begun. Once production has started—particularly for personalized, customized, or made-to-order items—the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact Burton Hill Leather as soon as possible. Eligibility for returns or refunds after an order has shipped is governed by our return policy.
